Q2.  What brands of parts do you sell?

A2.  We sell only high-quality manufacturers.  To name a few:  Mahle-Clevite, FP Diesel, Reliance, IPD, Interstate, Maxi-Force, PAI, Esco Industries.

Q3.  Do you ship Internationally?

A3.  Yes, we do ship Internationally.  We have many brokers and freight forwarders that we use.  All international orders are subject to shipping charges.  All local and government taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.  Please contact us for international rates to your location.

Q4.  What are your Domestic Shipping Charges?

A4.  We offer free shipping on all engine kits in the continuous 48 states.  There will be a shipping charge if parts are ordered incorrectly and replacement parts need to be shipped as a result.  Any order can be expedited and upgraded to overnight for an additional charge.  Delivery status is determined by zip code.  Not all areas qualify for Next Day delivery service.  We will contact you prior to shipment if it does not qualify for this priority service.

Q5.  How long will it take to get my parts?

A5.  Depending on your location, most parts arrive in approximate 3 days.  Shipping times do vary depending on location.

Q6.  Do you offer remanufactured products?

A6.  Yes, we offer remanufactured engines, cylinder heads, crankshafts, connecting rods, cylinder blocks, turbo chargers, injectors and injector pumps.

Q7.  What other services do you offer?

A7.  We offer complete diesel engine rebuilding, crankshaft grinding and line-boring to 100" capacity.  Complete cylinder head re-conditioning.  Please call for any service that you may need.  We will be happy to assist you if possible.

Q8.  Can you help with technical information?

A8.  Yes.  RCS Diesel.com  has many resources for technical information.  Upon purchasing engine rebuild kits, we can email you relevant information that we have in our database.  If this information is not available for your make or model, you will be notified.  This information is compiled from many sources and RCS Diesel.com cannot be responsible for its accuracy.  It is for reference purposes only.

Q9.  What types of payment do you accept?

A9.  RCS Diesel.com accepts all major credit cards along with Pay Pal.  We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, bank transfers or Western Union transfers as methods of payment.  Other than credit card or Pay Pal payments, items will ship when funds become available in our account.
