TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase and use of the products from RCS Diesel.com confirms you have read and accepted them.
1. Your Responsibility:
When you get your order, you are responsible for inspecting it to be sure you received what you ordered and they match the parts that you are replacing. We are not responsible for damage resulting from installing the wrong part. Some parts will become non-returnable if installed.
2. Payment:
We accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. We also accept cashier's check, money orders, bank transfers or Western Union transfers as methods of payment. Other than credit card and Paypal payments, items will ship when funds become available in our account.
3. Pricing and Availability:
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. We update the website on regular basis. Older models become more and more obsolete every day. That will affect pricing and availability.
4. Shipping and Handling: All other orders are subject to shipping charges. We offer worldwide shipping using the most cost-effective means of transportation to your door. There will be a shipping charge if you order the wrong parts and replacement parts need to be shipped. All international orders, except to Canada are subject to a $200 minimum. All international charges will be quoted separately. All international orders are subject to government duties and taxes.
5. Our Refund Policy:
All returns must be authorized by an Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Please call us for this RGA number BEFORE returning any item. Any unauthorized return or refused shipment is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. You may return any item bought from us within 30 days of the purchase date. Each item must be shipped back in the original packaging in undamaged, unused and resalable condition to get full credit. Each item must be returned pre-paid to us. Any item returned to us damaged by improper installation, misuse or improper handling is subject to being rejected for credit. These items will be returned to you at your expense. We do not refund shipping costs. Any item ordered by mistake and returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, any item returned due to an error by us will receive a full exchange for the corrected item along with any shipping costs incurred by you.
6. State Sales Tax:
All orders shipped to any location in Massachusetts are subject to a 5% Mass sales tax.
7. Warranty & Disputes:
We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied. You assume all risk and liability resulting from the installation and use of parts ordered. You have the benefit of any applicable original manufacturer warranty on any part ordered. In all cases our liability to you is limited to the purchase price paid by you and any shipping cost. We are not liable for any other damages of any kind.
Your purchase is a Massachusetts contract. To the extent allowed, you and us each waive any provision of law that makes any part of this contact prohibited or unenforceable in any respect. Any dispute between us must be started within one year after the sale and is subject to arbitration using the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and shall be filed with the American Arbitration Association under its Expedited Procedures.
